Receipts and refusals

Measurements and forecasts carry published receipts — out-of-sample validation against named baselines — and published refusals where the evidence does not clear the validation gate. A receipt or a refusal describes named past evidence; it is not a guarantee of future results.

No advice, no return predictions

Nothing on this service is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Settlement makes no return predictions and recommends no transaction. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

Non-custodial

The service is non-custodial. Settlement never holds keys, funds, or order flow, and never takes custody of any asset.

No accounts

Reading the public proof layer requires no account and no personal data.

Changes

The service may change. Any part of it may be added, altered, or withdrawn at any time.
